Lithology and Thickness

The Oued Imirhou Fm is made up of graptolitic black mudstones. It is the lateral equivalent of the Tanezzuft Fm of the Ghadames Basin (Klett, 2000).

Lower contact

It conformably overlies the Gres de Remada Fm.

Upper contact

It is conformably overlain by the Zone de Passage Fm.
